What personal problems/issues do they have? Pet peeves?

Yuki hummed as she came down the stairs to the dining area, the smell of bacon filling her nose, rounding the corner, she looks to see Kiki struggling to cook in the kitchen as fire spread along the wooden cabinets, “Kiki, the kitchen’s on fire!”

Kiki just wanted to make breakfast, but cooking just was so hard. Juggling a pot, pan, and spatula she looked over her shoulder, “No, no, everything’s normal here! That’s just decorations!”

Pet peeves:

“Please keep your naked butt off the table”

WHY IS IT SO COLD OUT!” “It’s sweater weather at worst, Kiki.”

On your knees” “But I can’t reach it on my knees…”

(Thanks for the ask, boo XD I had fun ^_^)

“Don’t you know how much good you’ve done for others?”

Kiki ran a hand along the braid that draped over her horn. She was staring through the floor as she processed what she had been told, that she had done good, was doing good. A soft patient smile crossed her lips, as she allowed herself to enjoy the compliment, “Thank you, it means a lot to me to hear someone say that.” She looked up then to make eye contact, still wearing her soft tender smile, “To know that I’m making things better for people, it means a lot to me.”

(Thanks, @ourluciddreaming, I thought this was very nice ^_^)

❤ : What are your muse’s thoughts on love? If they are not in a relationship, do they believe that they will ever find a perfect someone for them?

Kiki tapped her chin thoughtfully, “I’m in a happy open relationship, so we’ll skip straight to the fun!” Kiki clapped her hands together as she giggled softly, “I think love is like a long road with two houses on very distant ends. You can be the best of neighbors despite the distance so long as you try, but if one decides the trip is too far, then eventually the neighbors won’t be close anymore, because the one still making the effort will think it’s not worth putting in all the effort while the other doesn’t ever have to leave their house. So… Meet half way. Be sure to visit often, and don’t let the one you love feel like the only one who cares.” She sighed, “I guess that was a little more heavy than I meant. So I’ll also say, love is different for everyone. So try to remember to be thoughtful to how others love, they may be showing you more than you think!” she ended with a smile.

(Thanks for the ask @kha-merc-ffxiv. Even though your a part of that open relationship and you know it XD )

boo: a spooky moment

They approached the pond, a murky thing they couldn’t see the bottom of from all the plants growing out of it, but a beautiful vista all the same. “Lets take a break,” Kiki offered, “I’m so tired from all this wandering.”

Yuki planted her fists on her hips defensively, “Hey now, at least I’m trying!” But Kiki was already sitting by the pond, enjoying the breeze the opening in the forest canopy had let in. Realizing Kiki hadn’t meant any ill will, she went to join her. Her own feet needed a rest as well.

Kiki was enjoying the moment immensely, despite the possibility they’d never make it out. Her mind already drifted, Yuki and her could become woodwomen, living off the land, no company but their own. It was sort of romantic, her little day dream, but then she felt shook and realized Yuki had been whispering her name. “Yes, love?” Kiki asked breathily, trying to be sultry.

“We need to run!” Yuki grabbed Kiki’s wrist and yanked her to her feet as a tentacle shot out of the water, slamming into the ground where Kiki had just been. That was when the gigantic writhing mass of tentacles and teeth surged from the murky depths of the pond. It seemed to be only that, a giant mouth surrounded by flailing limbs. It was grotesque, and it was hungry for Au ra ladies. Sprinting through the wood, Kiki focused only on staying on her feet, while Yuki dragged her along with her racing through the woods.

Suddenly, the found themselves at a lone gate. It was the gate back into the city! Hopefully. Kiki turned back the way they had come, the distant roar of the tentacle monster sounded the beasts frustration at having lost it’s prey. Kiki, ecstatic at surviving, rushed to wrap her arms about Yuki and give her a big kiss, “My hero!”

(This was continued from the last one, lost in the woods!)
