Tapping a painted fingernail to her lips, she gave his question serious thought. “You know what? I… don’t have anyone that comes to mind,” she sighed, “I kind of feel like I need to go yell at some stranger to make a rival so I have someone to always blame and be mad at. Though I’d never be able to say it without apologizing,” Kiki let out an amused giggle, “It’s hard for me to get or stay mad, so it’s hard for me to hate people.”

“Well certainly, telling a stranger you met on the beach that your down on your luck.” She eyed the hyur suspiciously, before coming to a realization, “Oh! I get it, your playing the pity card, hoping I’ll take you in and want to fix you!” She smiled softly, “Awe, well you can buy me a drink any time.”

Kiki patted thee man who was confiding in her for whatever reason, “Maybe you were cursed and now things magically align against you!” She didn’t quite know if it were true, but it seemed a good way to start, “Or, your luck is down and you just need to turn it around?” She was definitely failing at sounding confident, “I’m not sure why you’re coming to me for advice, but I hope things go better for you!”
